Screeners by Cinando enables you to upload and share multiple screeners with various recipients, regardless of whether they are Cinando members or not.
Below are the basic steps for uploading your screeners.
1. Cost
The Screeners by Cinando service has an additional fee that can be paid through online micropayments. You can check the status of your screener credits in the Account Balance: my Company Data > Screeners > Payments
Please Note: all designated administrators in your company can use these credits.

Full HD 6 months: 17€ / Full HD 12 months: 25€
2. Upload your screener(s)
Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select 'My Company Data'.
Before uploading your screener, you need to:
create a dedicated film or content page
and check your Screener account balance (my Company Data > Screeners > Payments).
When you are ok to proceed, click on SCREENERS in the left-hand menu.
Click on UPLOAD on the right-hand side.
Search for your specific TITLE in the search bar. If you can’t find it, ensure it’s listed in OUR TITLES section or create a NEW CONTENT page.
Click NEXT and follow the instructions.
You will first review the information related to your film or content, then provide the main details for the screener you are about to upload.
For each screener, you will need to specify the type: (FILM / EPISODE / PROMO REEL /FEATURETTE) and the audio languages.
You can then choose the confidentiality level of your screener, as well as the additional settings and security options.
⚠️ If you need to upload your screener for a specific Market or Video Library, select PARTNER EVENTS and enter the token you received. Your screener will be automatically linked to the appropriate event.
Please note that if you have a free token that is not linked to a specific event, please follow the instructions provided below in the payment section:
If you choose to showcase your screener in the Cinando database, you can precisely manage access rights—making it available to all registered Cinando members, to specific target groups, or limited to screening requests only:
You can then configure additional settings and security options, including player options and watermark display. Please note that these settings can be customized for each invitation you send afterward:
You will now move on to the Payment step, where you can select the package for your screener and upload your file. If you have a free token, it can be applied at this stage:
Next step: a window will open, allowing you to upload your file. You can then edit the metadata below, which may appear in the media player.
Before uploading, please make sure your video includes English audio and/or subtitles and has no test cards or blank sections.
Your screener is now ready and can be shared with both Cinando and non-Cinando members.
3. Edit your Screener Settings
Once the upload is complete, you can still edit the access rights, security settings, main information, media cover, and add subtitle files. To do so, click on the pen icon next to the screener.
