What are the technical requirements?

File Upload

• Maximum file size: 200 GB

• Accepted formats:
  mp4, avi, mkv, mpeg, mpg, m4v, f4v, mov, qt, ogg, ogv, webm, wmv, flv

• File requirement: The file must be multiplexed (audio and video in a single file)

• Accepted frame rates (fps):
  23.976, 24, 24.976, 25, 30, 48, 50, 59.94, 60

Video Specifications

• Codec:

  • H.264 (preferred – faster upload)

  • Apple ProRes (longer upload)

• Minimum bitrate:

  • 3 Mbps for 720p

  • 5 Mbps for 1080p

• Minimum resolution:

  • 1280 × 720 (HD 720p)

  • Recommended: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD 1080p) for better quality

• Video format: Progressive or de-interlaced video only

Audio Specifications

• Codec: AAC

• Minimum bitrate: 256 Kbps

• Audio format: Stereo only

Transcoding

If you need to transcode your file, you can use the free software HandBrake.
Please refer to the documentation provided for guidance.

Internet Connection

The upload duration mainly depends on your upload speed and file size.
We recommend a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.
