The My Personal Data section is your dedicated area for managing all your personal information and preferences within Cinando. This is also where you can view, edit, and share your lists, notes, favorites, and the screeners you’ve been invited to watch.
This section is strictly personal and allows you to manage only your own information.
Reminder: Cinando is a company-based platform: subscriptions are linked to company accounts, to which multiple staff profiles can be added. A single user can be associated with more than one company.
When you access your account, you can choose to open either the My Company Data section or the My Personal Data section by clicking on the appropriate icon in the drop-down menu.
1. Basic Info
The Basic Info section allows you to manage your personal details and profile information. Here you can
- upload your profile photo and profile cover
- select your gender pronoun
- edit your About Me section
- set your personal location (city and country)
- add external links and memberships.
💡Please note that Cinando assigns a green tag to certain memberships. If you believe you are eligible for this tag and it is not displayed on your profile, please contact us
⚠️ If you need to change your name, you must contact Cinando Client Support. While we recognize that some individuals may use an artist name or be professionally known by an alternative name, Cinando requires that the displayed name matches the name shown on an official ID.
2. My Companies
The My Companies section allows you to view and manage the companies you are associated with on Cinando. Here you can organize your companies by order of importance and check the subscription expiration date for each company.
If you’re an admin, you can renew your company subscription by clicking the dedicated icon.
3. Data Privacy
The Data Privacy section allows you to manage your privacy settings and control how your data is used on the platform, in accordance with Cinando’s data protection policies.
4. Login & Security
In the Login & Security section, you can update your login email and password and manage your account security settings to ensure safe access to your profile.
5. Lists, Favorites and Notes
The Lists section allows you to create and manage custom lists. You can save advanced searches by combining multiple filters, and access them at any time for quick and efficient browsing.
The Favorites section gives you quick access to the content you have saved and marked as preferred, helping you easily find what matters most to you. You can then add some of your favorites to your custom lists for instance.
The Notes section allows you to store and manage personal notes on any Cinando data, keeping your observations and reminders organized in one place.
Your Lists, Favorites and Notes can all be exported and sent to any Cinando or Non-Cinando member.
Just click on the "Action button" and follow the steps.
6. Screeners
The Screeners section in My Personal Data lets you access and manage all the screeners you’ve been invited to watch. You can also save content to watch later and review screeners you’ve already viewed.
⚠️This section is separate from the one in My Company data, which is specifically for managing the screeners your company provides to users on Cinando.
