If your company attends a market, it will be listed within the Market Environment, and your public company page will feature information related to your participation, such as your location, attending staff, the line-up you present and the scheduled screenings.
A three-letter colored tag will then be displayed on your company profile, on the profiles of staff attending the market, and on the titles presented at the market.
Market Environments function as stand-alone digital hubs, available a few weeks prior to and during major international markets and festivals. They provide access to attendees information, exhibitor listings, screening schedules, and venue details. You can access them via the Cinando homepage.
How to update your Market information
- Click on your profile avatar, go to 'My Company Data', then select 'Markets' from the left-hand menu
- Choose the relevant market by clicking the 'pen' icon on the right
- Select the tab you want to edit:
- COMPANY: you can tag your company as an Exhibitor and add a temporary address (venue, booth location, local address):

ATTENDING STAFF: This section displays the list of staff attending the market.
Please note that, except for specific markets such as EFM - Berlinale, this section is managed by the Cinando team.You can, however, edit the information related to your staff’s participation by clicking the pen icon next to each contact:
How to indicate your participation to EFM or SERIES MANIA?
For some markets, such as EFM or Series Mania, participation is not automatically displayed. Each company must manually indicate which team members will attend the event.

LINEUP: Add titles from your catalogue that will be presented at the market. You can select the status of your title (Completed, Post-Production, Production, Pre-Production, or Development) and indicate whether it has a screening or will be included in the market video library:

- SCREENINGS: this section is managed by the Cinando team and cannot be edited directly. It recaps the confirmed screenings your company has at the market. If you find any errors, please contact us.

Once you have updated your information, you can review how it is displayed on Cinando and within the Market Environment.

Access the Market Environment
From the Cinando homepage, open the Market Environment using the top-left menu: -
Your Contact Page
Go to Contacts and use the search bar to find your profile: -
Your Company Page
Go to Companies and use the search bar to find your company.
On your company page, you will find a summary of all the information you have updated under My Company Data, including: address, market line-up, attending staff.
As a market attendee, a three-letter colored tag will be displayed on your profile.
