This section is dedicated to all information, data and content related to the company or companies you are affiliated with.
This section is shared with all the staff members of your company. The data and information are only editable by members with the Admin rights.
Reminder: Cinando is a company-based database, which means that every individual must be associated with at least one company.
Subscriptions are managed at a company level: each company has its own subscription, which can be renewed by staff members in this section. All staff members associated with the same company can benefit from an active subscription.
1. Select your company
If you are affiliated with more than one company, you will have separate staff profiles for each, all linked to the same login email.
To switch between companies, click the triangle next to your company name at the top of the page to open a dropdown menu:
In the left-hand menu, you will find a list of sections that allow you to manage and update your company information.
2. Basic info
In this section you will find all the company information that can be edited only by staff members with admin rights: this includes your custom URL, media, activities, general information, description and objectives, external links, and memberships. Certified memberships are managed by the Cinando team and are displayed with a green © symbol.
Some company details are locked to ensure data accuracy. The company name, country, and main activity can only be modified by the Cinando team. If you need to request a change due to a legal update or a spelling correction, please contact contactus@cinando.com.
⚠️ Only the Cinando Team can delete a company. Please reach out to us at contactus@cinando.com with your request and a short explanation note.
Deletion is permanent and results in the complete removal of all company data and all associated staff profiles.
You can preview how your company appears publicly by clicking 'See company page' at the top of the page.
3. Our team
Each company must have at least one registered staff member. The team management section allows company administrators to manage staff profiles, roles, and visibility on the company page.
Admins can add new staff members by entering their name and email address. The invited colleague will receive an email to activate their account.
Administrators can also edit staff information, assign or revoke admin rights, hide professional email addresses, remove staff members, and choose whether a profile appears in the Spotlighted section (when multiple staff members are registered, profiles can be reordered to reflect roles or importance.)
A three-letter code displayed in the MARKETS column indicates a staff member’s participation in a Cinando partner market or festival.
The right-hand icons allows you to perform actions for each staff member:
- Edit their information
- Send a confirmation email
- Delete them from the staff listing
- Add them to the spotlight section
4. Our titles
The Titles section lists all films and content linked to your company.
From this page, admins can create new content pages, edit existing titles, organize spotlighted projects, or hide and delete content pages.
Admins can manage detailed content information, including genres, company activities, production countries, languages, year of production, duration, posters, photos, videos, screeners, press reviews, external links, documents, and identifiers.
Don’t forget to click 'Save' once you are done editing your content!
Festival selections, awards, and other certified mentions are handled by the Cinando team to ensure data reliability. Market history is automatically generated and displayed as Debut or Premiere when applicable.
You can preview how a film or content page appears publicly by clicking 'See Content Page'.
5. Screeners
The Screeners section is dedicated to company screeners and is separate from the Screeners section in My Personal Data, which only contains your personal watchlist.
Here you'll find all the screeners that your company has uploaded and shared on Cinando.

Please note that you can now associates multiples screeners to one content! Simply click on "Upload" and select the content you want to associate.
Screeners can be shared by invitation (INVITES) or made accessible to the Cinando database according to the selected visibility settings.
Upload statuses are indicated by color: 🟢for available screeners, 🟡for screeners that need to be validated and published, and 🔴for unavailable or failed uploads.
Admins can send and manage screener invitations, track whether a screener has been watched, and consult detailed viewing statistics.
Statistics can be exported in Excel format and include information such as the film title, viewer details, viewing date, location, and duration.
